Distance energy work is follows the same principles as in-person work - all matter is made of energy - subatomic particles vibrating in a complex and interconnected network. This is called the quantum field by physicists, a scientific way to describe what people have known for thousands of years - we are all connected and have the ability to affect each other even when we are not in direct physical contact.
Katie uses focused intention and draws upon her years of meditation and energy work training and experience to provide distance healing sessions.
What to expect
During the session, you are able to relax comfortably in your own home while Katie channels vibrant Reiki energy to you. Each session starts with in a customized guided relaxation meditation to help you access a state of deep relaxation and receptivity.
Sessions are done over the phone and typically last 30-40 minutes. Like in-person sessions, clients experience a deep sense of calm and feel more grounded, centered and open after a distance session. Healing on multiple levels takes place - physical, emotional and beyond. New perceptions and shifts in stuck thought patterns often occur, providing insight and clarity.
Cost is $40 per session. Discounts and trade options are available for those experiencing financial hardship.
