For me, healing and spiritual/psychic growth go hand-in-hand. When I started healing my trauma, I was able to open up to new ways of perceiving myself and the world, which in turn, helped me to integrate more parts of myself.
Meditation and body awareness practices allowed me to clear my mental clutter so I could receive intuitive guidance and feel subtle shifts in energy.
Working with my own energy brought me immense joy and empowerment. I saw how it transformed my life. This experience proved to me that there was more to life than I had been led to believe.
I was drawn to explore psychic and spiritual realms. And that’s when things got really exciting! Life is much more fun and a lot easier to navigate when you can consult with a god/spirit/universe who has your back.
I offer personal and group mentoring, in-person at my office Eugene as well as long-distance via Zoom.
